Stopping Government Road in Block III, Waiwera Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.

Situated in the Parish of Waiwera, Block III, Waiwera Survey District (Auckland R.D.).
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of August, 1941.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the Scenery Preservation Board, constituted pursuant to the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), has recommended that the land described in the Schedule hereto should be permanently reserved for scenic purposes, and it is expedient to give effect to such recommendation:
Now, therefore, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, do hereby proclaim and declare that the lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be a scenic reserve under the said Act, and subject to the provisions thereof.
SCHEDULE.
MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 2 acres 1 rood 10 perches, being portion of 3B of 2, Mangamaunu Native Block, situated in Block XV, Puhipuhi Survey District, and being the land shown as Lot C on plan 1546/76, deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Blenheim.
Also all that area containing by admeasurement 2 acres 3 roods 8·2 perches, being portion of 3A of 2 of the said Native block and being the land shown as Lot D on the said plan 1546/76.
Also all that area containing by admeasurement 2·4 perches, being portion of 3C of 2 of the said Native block, and being the land shown as Lot E on plan 1546/76.
Also all that area containing by admeasurement 14·9 perches, being portion of 3C of 2 of the said Native block, and being the land shown as Lot F on plan 1546/76.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of August, 1941.
