Declaring a Portion of Railway Land at Otorohanga to be Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 29·61 perches.
Portion of Railway land in New Zealand Gazette No. 29 of 1886, page 596.
Situated in Block IV, Orahiri Survey District, County of Otorohanga. (S.O. 28496.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 4151, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington; and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of August, 1941.

Allocating Railway Land to the Purposes of a Road in Block IX, Waimata Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land which is described in the Schedule hereto (and which was taken for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Gisborne-Karaka Railway, and is not now required for such purpose) shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become road, and that such road shall be maintained by the Main Highways Board in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Board.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land dealt with: 1 rood 5·36 perches.
Being Railway land.
Situated in Block IX, Waimata Survey District (Gisborne R.D.). (S.O. 4104, blue.)
In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 109973, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of August, 1941.

Land taken for a Postmaster's Residence in Johnsonville Town District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a Postmaster's residence; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 0·41 perches.
Being Lot 3, D.P. 12218, being part Section 12, Porirua District (Johnsonville Town District).
Situated in Block XII, Belmont Survey District. (S.O. 20776.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111817, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of August, 1941.
