Defining Lands in Auckland Land District to which Water is supplied pursuant to Section 8 of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1939.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by subsection (5) of section 8 of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1939, I, James Gillispie Barclay, for the Minister of Lands, hereby give notice that the lands defined in the Schedule hereto are lands to which water is supplied under the said section.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Whakatane County, containing by admeasurement a total of 1,518 acres 3 roods 35 perches, more or less, being more particularly described as follows :—

Declaring a Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area.
PURSUANT to the Bobby Calf Marketing Regulations 1939, I, James Gillispie Barclay, Minister of Marketing, being satisfied that a sufficient majority of the producers in the area of land defined in the Schedule hereto are desirous that such area should be declared to be a pool area for the marketing of bobby calves, do hereby declare such area of land defined as aforesaid to be a Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area for the purpose of the said regulations under the name set out in the said Schedule ; and I do hereby further declare that this notice shall take effect on the 14th day of August, 1941.
SCHEDULE.
OTAKI — TE HORO BOBBY CALF MARKETING POOL AREA.
ALL that area of land situated within the Horowhenua County and bounded by a line commencing at the point where the South Manukau Road joins the north-east corner of Section 5, Block X, Waitohu Survey District ; thence taking a straight line across country to a point where the railway-line crosses the South Manukau Road ; thence following the said railway-line to a point where it crosses the main highway ; thence from this point taking a straight line across country to the mouth of the Wairongamai Stream on the sea-coast ; thence following the sea-coast in a southerly direction to the southernmost corner of Lot 4, D.P. 2392, Block VI, Kaitawa Survey District ; thence taking a straight line across country to the south-east corner of Section 6, Block VI aforesaid ; thence north-easterly along the eastern boundaries of Sections 6 and 4, Block VI aforesaid, to the south-west corner of Section 19, Block VII, Kaitawa Survey District ; thence from this point taking a straight line across country to the south-east corner of Section 3, Block VII aforesaid ; thence from this point taking a straight line across country in a northerly direction to the point where the South Manukau Road joins the north-east corner of Section 5, Block X, Waitohu Survey District, being the original point of commencement.
