NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired under the Forests Act, 1921-22, as a State forest.

SCHEDULE.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—AUCKLAND FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.

All that area in the North Auckland Land District, Kaikohe Town District, containing 1 rood 26·5 perches, more or less, situated in Block XV, Omapere Survey District, and being part of the block called Taraire No. 1r. (Certificate of title, Vol. 743, folio 30.)

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

APPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of a new certificate of title in the name of ELIZA HALES, of Weber, Widow, for all that piece of land situate in the Provincial District of Hawke’s Bay containing by admeasurement two hundred and seventeen (217) acres two (2) roods eight and three-tenths (8⅗) perches, more or less, being part of Section 5, Block II, Weber Survey District, and all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, H.B. Vol. 26, folio 15, and evidence having been lodged of the loss or destruction of the said certificate of title, I hereby give notice that I will issue the new certificate of title as requested after fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
