Declaring a Portion of Railway Land at New Lynn to be Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 22·27 perches.
Being portion of Railway land in Proclamation 500.

Situated in Block III, Titirangi Survey District, Borough of New Lynn. (S.O. 29385.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 5135, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of July, 1941.

Additional Land taken for a Secondary School in the City of Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the first day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 6 acres 3 roods 7·82 perches.
Being parts Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 4183, being parts Sections 7 and 8, Evans Bay District.

Situated in Block VII and XI, Port Nicholson Survey District (City of Wellington). (S.O. 20756.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111717, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of July, 1941.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road-diversion in connection with the Palmerston North Deviation of the Wellington – New Plymouth Railway.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 acres 0 roods 5·4 perches.
Being part Lot 2, D.P. 7073, being part Section 1564.

Situated in Block X, Kairanga Survey District. (S.O. 20757.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111716, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
