In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the
matter of STEWART GOLD COMPANY.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding
up of the above-named company by the Supreme
Court was on the 13th day of June, 1941, presented to the
said Court by the Attorney-General for the Dominion of
New Zealand, acting on behalf of His Majesty the King,
and by Dunedin Engineering and Steel Company, Limited,
of Dunedin, Engineers, and that the said petition is directed
to be heard before the Court sitting at Dunedin on the 23rd
day of July, 1941, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon; and
any creditor or contributor of the said company desirous to
support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition
may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his Counsel
for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished
to any creditor or contributor of the said company requiring
the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated
charge for the same.

office of the Supreme Court at Dunedin, and must be signed
by the person or firm, or his or their solicitor (if any), and
must be served, or, if posted, must be sent by post, in
sufficient time to reach the above-named petitioner’s address
for service not later than 4 o’clock in the forenoon of the
22nd day of July, 1941.

MANAWARU STORES, LIMITED.

IN LIQUIDATION.

NOTICE is hereby given that by resolution properly
recorded in the minute-books of the above company
under date the 30th day of June, 1941, the following resolutions were passed:—

“ (1) That the company be wound up voluntarily.”
“ (2) That Miss KATHLEEN ELVA ARNOLD be and she is
hereby appointed liquidator of the company.”

All claims against the company should be forwarded to

NOTICE is hereby given that N.Z. Art Studios, Limited,
has changed its name to Regent Portraits, Limited,
and that the new name was this day entered on my Register
of Companies in place of the former name.

NOTICE is hereby given that a general meeting of the
company will be held at the office of the liquidator,

the 5th day of August, 1941, at 11.30 a.m., for the purpose
of laying before it the account of the winding up; and,

applying on the 4th August next to have my name placed
on the Medical Register of the Dominion of New Zealand;
and that I have deposited the evidence of my qualification in
the office of the Department of Health at Auckland.

of Loyal United Brothers Lodge, No. 7452, of the Otago
District of the Manchester Unity Independent Order of
Oddfellows’ Friendly Society (Register No. 23/29), held
at Cambrian, on the ground that the said branch has ceased
to exist.
