Lieutenant-Colonel S. D. Mason, C.B.E., E.D. (N.Z. Temporary Staff), is appointed Officer Commanding Troops and Officer Commanding H.M.N.Z. Transport, and is granted the temporary rank of Colonel. Dated 21st June, 1941.

Lieutenant-Colonel J. B. Davis, V.D. (ex Queen Alexandra (Wellington West Coast) Mounted Rifles), is appointed Second in Command, H.M.N.Z. Transport. Dated 21st June, 1941.

Major S. T. Seddon, M.C. (N.Z. Temporary Staff), is appointed Draft Conducting Officer, N.Z. Artillery Reinforcements and Infantry (Maori) Reinforcements. Dated 21st June, 1941.

Major R. Tilslcy, M.C., D.C.M., E.D. (N.Z. Temporary Staff), is appointed Draft Conducting Officer, Northern Infantry Battalion. Dated 21st June, 1941.

Major R. F. Mitchell, M.C., V.D. (N.Z. Temporary Staff), is appointed Draft Conducting Officer, Central Infantry Battalion. Dated 21st June, 1941.

Major G. H. Gray, M.C. (N.Z. Temporary Staff), is appointed Draft Conducting Officer, Southern Infantry Battalion. Dated 21st June, 1941.

Rev. V. D. Callaghan, Chaplain to the Forces, 4th Class, is appointed Ship's Chaplain. Dated 21st June, 1941.

Lieutenant I. H. Galbraith (N.Z. Temporary Staff), is appointed Ship's Paymaster, and is granted the temporary rank of Captain. Dated 21st June, 1941.

2nd Lieutenant W. G. K. Wright (N.Z. Temporary Staff), is appointed Ship's Quartermaster, and is granted the temporary rank of Captain. Dated 21st June, 1941.
