A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, and section five of the Housing Amendment Act, 1940, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Situated in Block V, Takahue Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 30699.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 109469, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of January, 1941.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land in the City of Dunedin described in the Schedule hereto.
