All in the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of January, 1941.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as road :—

1 1 32 Section 30 ; coloured blue.

Situated in Block III, Cromwell Survey District (Otago R.D.). (S.O. 9201.)

In the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 108825, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of January, 1941.
