Land in Block IV, Punakitere Survey District, Bay of Islands County, set apart for Railway Purposes in connection with the Kawakawa–Hokianga Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is Crown land, and is required to be set apart for railway purposes in connection with the Kawakawa–Hokianga Railway:

And whereas by section twenty-five of the Public Works Act, 1928, it is enacted that whenever any Crown land is required to be set apart for any public work the Governor-General may at any time, by Proclamation, set the same apart for such public work without complying with any of the provisions of that Act in respect of the taking or setting-apart of other lands for such purpose:

Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in that behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes in connection with the Kawakawa–Hokianga Railway, and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-first day of January, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.

Situated in Block IV, Punakitere Survey District, Bay of Islands County. (S.O. 31437.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 6377, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and sepia.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of January, 1941.

Crown Land set apart for a Pumice-pit in Block IV, Waihi South Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a pumice-pit; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the third day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 3 roods 7·2 perches.

Being Crown land, formerly Railway land in Proclamation 6095.

Situated in Block IV, Waihi South Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 31204.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 109589, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of January, 1941.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
