or renewing the special partnership between them.

(a) The style of the firm under which the partnership is
to be conducted is "J. C. Fleming and Company."
(b) The names and place of residence of all the partners
are:-

Partner.
Ella Jane Fleming, Poukawa, Spinster, Special Partner.
Hilda Fleming, Poukawa, Spinster, Special Partner.
Bessie Fleming, Poukawa, Spinster, Special Partner.
(c) The amount of capital which each Special Partner
contributes is:-

Hilda Fleming, Special Partner, £150.
Bessie Fleming, Special Partner, £150.
The amount of capital which the General Partner contri-
butes is:-
Jane Cameron Fleming, General Partner, £300.
(d) The general nature of the business to be transacted:
Orchardists and Farmers.
(e) The principal or only place at which it is to be
transacted: Poukawa.
(f) The time from which such special partnership is to be
reviewed for continuation is the 1st day of April, 1941, and
the rime of termination of such special partnership is the
31st day of March, 1948.

IN LIQUIDATION.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the
matter of NIKAU BACON COMPANY, LIMITED (in Liquidation).
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general
meeting of shareholders dated the 3rd day of July,
1941, the following resolutions were passed as special
resolutions:-
"(1) That the company be wound up voluntarily."
"(2) That ROBERT ARTHUR SPINLEY, of Auckland, Public
Accountant, be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the
company."

IN LIQUIDATION.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the
matter of A. J. POPLF AND SON, LIMITED (in Liquidation).
NOTICE is hereby given that by a special resolution
of shareholders, as provided by section 300 of the
Companies Act, 1933, and dated the 2nd day of July, 1941,
it was resolved that the company be wound up voluntarily
and that the undersigned was appointed liquidator for the
purpose of such winding up.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore
subsisting between the parties carrying on business
as butchers at Old Main Road, Porirua, under the style or
firm name of "Supreme Butchery," has been dissolved as
from the 1st day of July, 1941, by mutual consent. All
debts owing to the said late firm will be received by Mr.
WILLIAM INNES URQUHART, who will continue to carry on
the said business under the style of "Supreme Butchery."

of the above company will be held on Tuesday, 29th July,
1941, at 11 a.m., at the office of the undersigned, Bethune's
Building, Featherston Street, Wellington, when an account
of the winding up will be laid before the meeting showing
how the winding up has been conducted and the property
of the company disposed of.

for the purpose of having the accounts laid before the
