PURSUANT to the Bobby Calf Marketing Regulations 1939, notice has been received that

George William Dumper,
Ernest William Cross,
Albert Wilfred Small,
George Murry,
Thomas William Darcy Hughes, and
Robert Garroway
have been duly elected to be members of the Waitemata Bobby Calf Pool Committee established by the said regulations.

Declaring Additional Area to be Part of the Raglan Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area.
PURSUANT to the Bobby Calf Marketing Regulations 1939, I, James Gillispie Barclay, Minister of Marketing, being satisfied that a sufficient majority of producers in the area of land defined in the Schedule hereto are desirous that such area should be declared to be part of the Raglan Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area, defined by notice given under the hand of William Lee Martin, acting for the Minister of Marketing, on the 10th day of July, 1939, and published in the Gazette on the 11th day of July, 1939, at page 1978, do hereby declare the additional area of land defined in the said Schedule to be part of the Raglan Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area accordingly; and I do hereby further declare that this notice shall take effect on the 10th day of July, 1941.
SCHEDULE.
RAGLAN BOBBY CALF MARKETING POOL AREA.—ADDITIONAL AREA.
ALL that area of land situated within the Raglan County, and bounded by a line commencing at the north-east corner of Section 261, Block XV, Newcastle Survey District; thence taking a straight line across country in a westerly direction to the Kororeka Trig. Station; thence from this point following the boundary of the Raglan Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area, as previously gazetted, in a south-easterly then southerly direction to a point where it crosses the old Raglan—Whatawhata—Hamilton Road; thence following the said road in an easterly direction to the Waipa River; thence following the said river in a northerly direction to a point where it meets the north-east corner of Section 261, Block XV, Newcastle Survey District, being the original point of commencement.

Declaring a Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area.
PURSUANT to the Bobby Calf Marketing Regulations 1939, I, James Gillispie Barclay, Minister of Marketing, being satisfied that a sufficient majority of the producers in the area of land defined in the Schedule hereto are desirous that such area should be declared to be a pool area for the marketing of bobby calves, do hereby declare such area of land, defined as aforesaid, to be a Bobby Calf Marketing Pool Area for the purpose of the said regulations under the name set out in the said Schedule; and I do hereby further declare that this notice shall take effect on the 10th day of July, 1941.
SCHEDULE.
KAIPARA BOBBY CALF MARKETING POOL AREA.
ALL that area of land situated within the Waitemata and Rodney Counties, and bounded by a line commencing at the south-west corner of Block V, Kumeu Survey District; thence taking a straight line across country to the eastern corner of Section B 2A, Block VI, Kumeu Survey District; thence from this point taking a straight line across country in a north-easterly direction to the south-western corner of Section 10, Block XIII, Waiwera Survey District; thence from this point taking a straight line across country in an easterly direction to the north-east corner of Section P.T. 42, Block XII, aforesaid; thence from this point taking a straight line across country in a northerly direction to the south-east corner of Block V, Waiwera Survey District; thence from this point taking a straight line across country to the south-east corner of Block VI, Waiwera Survey District; thence from this point following the western and northern boundaries of Section S. 153; thence the northern boundaries of Sections M. 153 and N.E. 153, Block VII, Waiwera Survey District; thence from this point taking a straight line across country in a north-easterly direction to the north-east corner of Section 9, Block III, Waiwera Survey District; thence taking a straight line across country in a north-westerly direction to the Tahekeroa Railway-station; thence from the railway-station taking a straight line across country to the south-west corner of Section 108, E.R. Block III, Kaipara Survey District; thence from this point following the Waitemata County boundary to the mouth of the Makarau River; thence taking a straight line across Kaipara Harbour to the north-east corner of Block IV, Waioneke Survey District; thence following the sea-coast from this point in a northerly, then southerly direction to the south-west corner of Block V, Kumeu Survey District, being the original point of commencement.
