Captain A. A. Wright relinquishes the appointment of Adjutant, 9th Heavy Regiment, and is posted to the 10th Heavy Battery, 9th Heavy Regiment. Dated 24th December, 1940.

Captain (temp.) J. D. Boys ceases to be posted to the 12th Anti-aircraft Battery, 9th Heavy Regiment, and is appointed Adjutant, 9th Heavy Regiment. Dated 24th December, 1940.

Captain A. A. Wright, 10th Heavy Battery, 9th Heavy Regiment, is granted the temporary rank of Major. Dated 15th April, 1941.

Lieutenant (temp.) E. W. Clement, 37th Battery, 12th Field Regiment, relinquishes the temporary rank of Lieutenant, and is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, Class I (b), Area 7. Dated 11th June, 1941.

2nd Lieutenant (temp. Lieutenant) U. M. Devlin, 4th Battery, 2nd Field Regiment, relinquishes the temporary rank of Lieutenant and is granted the temporary rank of Captain. Dated 23rd May, 1941.

Colin Anderson to be 2nd Lieutenant (temp.), and is posted to the 8th Medium Battery, 8th Medium Regiment. Dated 1st July, 1941.

Captain and Quartermaster G. J. Morrall, 1st Battalion, is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, Class I (b), Area 3. Dated 9th May, 1941.

Captain and Quartermaster (temp.) H. S. Bannister, 1st Battalion, is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, Class I (b), Area 3. Dated 9th May, 1941.

2nd Lieutenant (temp. Lieutenant) W. H. Yorke, M.C., 1st Battalion, relinquishes the temporary rank of Lieutenant, and is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, Class I (b), Area 3. Dated 9th May, 1941.

THE WAIKATO REGIMENT.

Captain (temp.) W. J. Dick, 1st Battalion, is appointed Camp Commandant, Rotorua, temporarily. Dated 14th June, 1941.

Lieutenant (temp. Captain) J. M. Andrew, 1st Battalion, relinquishes the temporary rank of Captain, and is granted the temporary rank of Major. Dated 2nd June, 1941.
