the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

Vesting Reserves in the Mangaweka Town Board.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 25th day of
June, 1941.

Present :

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS the lands described in the Schedule hereto
have been duly set apart for municipal purposes:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is
expedient to vest the said reserves in the Mangaweka Town
Board :

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon
him by section nine of the Public Reserves, Domains, and
National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that, from
and after the day of the date hereof, the reserves described
in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Manga-
weka Town Board, in trust, for municipal purposes.

Withdrawing Land from the Operation of the Kauri-gum
Industry Act, 1908.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 25th day of
June, 1941.

Present :

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS by section one hundred and sixty-two of
the Land Act, 1924, it is enacted that the Governor-
General may, by Order in Council, on the recommendation
of the Land Board, declare that any land comprised in a
kauri-gum reserve shall, from a date to be specified in the
Order, cease to be subject to the Kauri-gum Industry Act,
1908, and on and after the date so specified the land to which
the order relates shall become subject to the provisions of
the Land Act, 1924 :

And whereas the Land Board of the North Auckland
Land District has duly passed a resolution recommending
that the portion of the Opoe Kauri-gum Reserve Extension
No. 2, as described in the Schedule hereto, be excepted from
the operations of the Kauri-gum Industry Act, 1908, and it is
expedient to give effect to such recommendation :

Now, therefore, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and
exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by
section one hundred and sixty-two of the Land Act, 1924,
and acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and
declare that the portion of the Opoe Kauri-gum Reserve
Extension No. 2, as described in the Schedule hereto, shall,
from the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred
and forty-one, cease to be subject to the Kauri-gum Industry
Act, 1908.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.

ALL that area in the Mangonui County, containing by
admeasurement 117 acres 1 rood 17 perches, more or less,
being part Opoe Kauri-gum Reserve Extension No. 2,
situated in Block V, Opoe Survey District, to be known as
Section 95, Block V, Opoe Survey District. As the same is
more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S.
9/3210A, deposited in the Head Office, Lands and Survey
Department, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (North
Auckland plan S.O. 28799.)

Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby
make the following regulations.

REGULATIONS.

  1. These regulations may be cited as the Dairy Board
    Revocation Regulations 1941.

  2. The respective regulations made under the Dairy-
    produce Act, 1923, and referred to in the Schedule hereto
    are revoked as superseded.

PURSUANT to subsection three of section one hundred
and four of the Rating Act, 1925, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, doth hereby vary the Order in
Council made on the ninth day of June, one thousand nine
hundred and twenty-eight, and published in the Gazette on
the twenty-first day of June, one thousand nine hundred and
twenty-eight, at page 2050, and affecting Lot 39A 1, Parish
of Matata, and other blocks, by excluding therefrom the land
described in the Schedule hereto.
