Declaring a Portion of Railway Land at Otira to be Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 25 perches.
Portion of Railway land in Proclamation 51, Block X, Otira Survey District, County of Westland. (S.O. 3455.)
In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 5229, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of May, 1941.

Crown Land set apart for a State Highway Depot in Block VIII, Matakaoa Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a State Highway Depot; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventh day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 5 acres.
Being Section 1.
Situated in Block VIII, Matakaoa Survey District (Gisborne R.D.). (S.O. 4181, blue.)
In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111351, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of June, 1941.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventh day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.

Amending a Proclamation proclaiming Land as Road in Block IV, Orahiri Survey District, Otorohanga County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Land Act, 1924, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby amend the Proclamation dated the ninth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 41 of the fifteenth day of the same month at page 1329, proclaiming land as road in Block IV, Orahiri Survey District, Otorohanga County, by revoking the Schedule to the said Proclamation and substituting in lieu thereof the Schedule hereto.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 110244, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of June, 1941.
