NOTICE is hereby given that DANIEL JOHN CARRINGTON WELLBY, of Whangarei, Soldier, was this day adjudged bankrupt; and I hereby summon a meeting of creditors to be held at my office on Wednesday, the 25th day of June, 1941, at 11 o’clock a.m.

EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 433, folio 209 (Wellington Registry), for 24·3 perches, being Lot 18, Plan 7375, part Section 37, Karori District, in the name of BESSIE LOUISA MEARS, of Wellington, Married Woman, having been lodged with me together with an application for a provisional certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such provisional certificate of title after fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
