NOTICE is hereby given that at a meeting of the above-named company, held at Christchurch on Friday, the 30th day of May, 1941, the following extraordinary resolution was passed:—
“That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and that the company be wound up voluntarily.”

By ordinary resolution Mr. LEONARD MILLAR, of Dunedin, was appointed liquidator.
