IN the notice published in the Gazette No. 44 of 29th May, at page 1528, containing, inter alia, the result of the election of members of the Kiwitea Rabbit Board, for the name “Henry Desborough” read “Henry Desborough Richardson.”

IN the list of Licensed Sharebrokers, published in Gazette No. 47, of the 12th June, 1941, at page 1580, for the names “Ballingnall, T.” and “Reiger, L. G.,” in the Wellington District, please read “Ballingall, T.” and “Rieger, L. G.” respectively, and for the name “Paterson, J. G.,” Otago District, read “Patterson, J. G.”

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 11·8 perches.
Being part Parengarenga 5b No. 2b Block in Proclamation No. 10348.
Situated in Block XVI, Muriwhenua Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 32109.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111272, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of June, 1941.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-third day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.
