AN application has been received from K. Dowson and Co., Ltd., 455 Ferry Road, Christchurch, for an extension of its existing license covering slippers and children’s footwear by the cemented and machine-sewn methods, so as to permit the manufacture of sandals (both men’s and women’s).
Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau of Industry on this application, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish them in writing not later than the 19th June, 1941.

Petrol Reselling Industry.
AN application has been received from T. Pointon for permission to transfer his Motor-spirits Retail License from premises known as the “Mt. Wellington Service Station,” situated at Panmure Road, Ellerslie, Auckland, to a new site in the same road practically opposite the existing station.
Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau of Industry on this application, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish them in writing not later than the 12th June, 1941.
