Cancelling the Reservation over a Reserve in Matakaoa Survey District, Gisborne Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 29th day of May, 1941.
Present:
THE HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation over the reserve for Post and Telegraph purposes described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

SECTION 1, Block VIII, Matakaoa Survey District: Area, 5 acres, more or less.

Vesting a Reserve in the Dannevirke County Council.

THE HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a reserve for county purposes: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Dannevirke:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section nine of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Dannevirke, in trust for county purposes.

Vesting a Reserve in the Rotorua Borough Council.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 29th day of May, 1941.

THE HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart for a site for a town hall and municipal buildings: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Rotorua:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section nine of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Rotorua, in trust, for a site for a town hall and municipal buildings.

Recreation Reserves in Wellington Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 29th day of May, 1941.
Present:
THE HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserves for recreation in the Wellington Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserves shall hereafter form part of the Waitarere Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Waitarere Domain Board.
