IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto.

Crown Land set apart for a Main Highway Depot in Block VIII, Nuhaka North Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a main highway depot; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the ninth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart : 3 acres 0 roods 22 perches. Being closed road.
Situated in Block VIII, Nuhaka North Survey District (Gisborne R.D.). (S.O. 4132, blue.)
In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 110384, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged green.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section nine of the Housing Act, 1919, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the area of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart for the purposes of Part I of the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.-CITY OF AUCKLAND. ALL that area containing by admeasurement 25.98 perches, more or less, being part Lot 1 of Section 14 (D.P. 329), being portion of Allotment 39, Section 8, Suburbs of Auckland; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 74266, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red. IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the Local Authorities Empowering (Aviation Encouragement) Act, 1929, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the establishment and maintenance by the Rotorua Borough Council of an aerodrome on that area of land commonly known as the Rotorua Aerodrome.
