Declaring a Portion of Railway Land at Kaipara Flats to be Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land:---

0 0 20·88} Portions of Railway land in Proclamation 2045, being parts of Allotment 14, Kourawhero Parish.
Situated in Block V, Mahurangi Survey District, County of Rodney. (S.O. 28501 and 28813.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked L.O. 4143 and L.O. 4510, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of May, 1941.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 32·2 perches. Portion of Railway land in Block XXVII, D.P. 42, Town of Halcombe, being part Subdivision A, Manchester Block.
Situated in Block V, Oroua Survey District, County of Oroua. (S.O. 3106, Prov.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 4057, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of May, 1941.
