EVIDENCE of the loss of certificates of title, Vol. 29, folio 269, and Vol. 277, folio 270 (Auckland Registry), for part Allotment 59 and Allotment 82A, Parish of Pukerikohe, in favour of JAMES GRAHAM, of Patumahoe, Schoolmaster, and JAMES ALEXANDER SLADE, of Pukekohe, Farmer, and of certificate of title, Vol. 295, folio 78 (Auckland Registry), for Lot 73, Deposited Plan 11385, being portion of Allotment 5, Parish of Waimana, in favour of ETHEL BALLINGER BRUNTON, of Whakatane, Widow, having been lodged with me together with applications for new certificates of title in lieu thereof, and evidence of the loss of Outstanding Deed of Mortgage No. 318954, affecting part of Lot 1 of a subdivision of Allotment 1 of Section 17, Suburbs of Auckland, and now comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 503, folio 183 (Auckland Registry), given by Hilda Louisa Sands, as mortgagor, to SARAH BURTON, Married Woman, and MARY GATEY FAULDER, Spinster, both of Auckland, as mortgagees, having been lodged with me together with an application for a provisional mortgage in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificates of title and provisional mortgage after fourteen days from 29th May, 1941.
