ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, bounded towards the north generally by the sea from a point on the seashore in line with Paritutu Trig. Station and peg No. XIII on plan 1036, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at New Plymouth; to the mouth of the Waiwakaiho River; thence up the left bank of the Waiwakaiho River to the south-eastern corner of original Section 88, Fitzroy District; thence along the south-eastern boundary of part Section 88 aforesaid to the Mangorei Road; thence in the same line across the said road and along the south-eastern boundaries of other part of said Section 88, Sections 196, 87, and Native Reserve No. 22, all in Fitzroy District, to the Henui Stream; thence across that stream and generally southerly along its left bank to the southern side of Smith Road; thence south-westerly along the southern side of the said road to its junction with a public road unnamed; thence along a right line to the south-eastern corner of Section 53, Grey District; thence south-westerly along the south-eastern boundary of the said Section 53 to Avenue Road; thence along the eastern side of Avenue Road and the south-eastern side of Tarahua Road to Carrington Road; thence south-easterly along the north-eastern side of Carrington Road to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of original Section 61, Grey District; thence in the same line across Carrington Road to the south-eastern corner of the said Section 61; thence along the south-eastern boundary of Section 61 aforesaid to the north-eastern boundary of Huatoki Settlement; thence along the said north-eastern boundary to Vogel Road; thence by a right line across Vogel Road and again along the north-eastern boundary of Huatoki Settlement to the north-western corner of Lot 9 on plan 1977, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at New Plymouth; thence south-westerly along the production of the north-western boundary of Lot 9 aforesaid to the north-eastern boundary of original Section 59, Grey District; thence along the north-eastern and north-western boundaries of the said Section 59 to Doralto Road; thence along the eastern and southern side of Doralto Road to the north-eastern boundary of Lot 63 on plan 1704, deposited as aforesaid; thence along the north-eastern boundary of the said Lot 63 to its south-eastern corner; thence along the northern boundary of Section 56 aforesaid for a distance of 623·8 links; thence along a right line to the south-eastern corner of Section 825, Grey District; thence along the south-eastern and south-western boundaries of Section 825 aforesaid to its north-western corner; thence along a right line to the south-eastern corner of original Section 41, Fitzroy District; thence along the north-eastern boundary of Section 41, aforesaid to its north-eastern corner; thence along the north-western boundaries of Section 41 aforesaid and original Section 40, Fitzroy District, to Tukapo Street; thence southerly along the eastern side of Tukapo Street to a point in line with the southern boundary of Lot 25 on Deeds Plan No. 4, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at New Plymouth; thence along a right line across Tukapo Street to the southernmost corner of Lot 25 aforesaid; thence along the southern boundaries of the said Lot 25 and of Lots 7 and 5 on plan 98, deposited as aforesaid; thence south-westerly along the south-eastern boundaries of Lots 23 and 22 on the above-mentioned Deeds Plan No. 4 to the south-western corner of Lot 22 aforesaid; thence north-westerly along the south-western boundaries of Lots 22, 17, 16, and 1 on Deeds Plan No. 4 aforesaid to the north-western corner of the last-mentioned lot; thence north-easterly along the north-western boundaries of original Section 25, Grey District, Lot 1 on plan 98, deposited as aforesaid, and part original Section 26, Fitzroy District, to Omata Road; thence in the same line across Omata Road and along the south-eastern boundary of Section 1 (closed road), Fitzroy District, to its easternmost corner; thence north-westerly along the north-eastern boundaries of the said Section 1 and of original Section 17, Fitzroy District, to the north-eastern corner of the said Section 17; thence along the north-western boundary of Section 17 aforesaid and the south-eastern boundary of Section 3, Grey District, and along the south-western boundary of the said Section 3, to its north-western corner; thence along a right line, being the production of the north-western boundary of Section 3 aforesaid to the north-eastern boundary of original Section 6, Grey District; thence along the north-eastern boundary of the said Section 6 to South Road; thence in the same line across the said road and along the balance of the north-eastern boundary of the aforesaid Section 6 to its north-eastern corner; thence along the north-west boundary of the last-mentioned section to Pioneer Street; thence in the same line across Pioneer Street; thence northerly along the western side of the same street to the south-eastern boundary of Lot 99 on plan 1957, deposited as aforesaid; thence along that boundary to the south-western corner of Lot 99 aforesaid; thence north-westerly along the south-western boundaries of Lots 99, 93, and 89 on plan 1957 aforesaid, and that line produced to the middle of the Hongihongi Stream; thence down the middle of the said stream to the southernmost corner of Seacombe Terrace; thence northerly along the western side of Seacombe Terrace to its northernmost corner; thence still northerly along the middle of the Hongihongi Stream to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Section 103, Block IV, Paritutu Survey District; thence to and along the said north-western boundary of Section 103 aforesaid to Ngamotu Road; thence across Ngamotu Road to and along the north-western boundary of Section 97, Block IV, Paritutu Survey District, to its westernmost corner; thence north-westerly along a right line to peg XIII on plan 1036, deposited as aforesaid; thence westerly along a right line passing through Paritutu Trig. Station to the seashore, the point of commencement.

BOUNDARIES OF THE COUNTY OF TARANAKI.

ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, bounded on the east by the Borough of Waitara and the Waitara River from the sea to the confluence of the Waitara River and the Manganui Stream; thence up the middle of the Manganui and Mangapoto Streams to a point in line with the western boundary of Section 167; thence along that boundary to Roddy Road, and along Roddy and Clarke Roads to the southern boundary of Block IX, Waitara Survey District; thence by that boundary to the north-western corner of Section 151, Block XIII, Waitara Survey District; thence along the western boundaries of Sections 151, 150, 149, and 208, to the south-eastern corner of Section 148, Block XIII, aforesaid; thence along the southern boundary of Sections 148 and 134 to the south-western corner of the last-mentioned section; thence northerly along the eastern boundaries of Sections 133, 132, 131, 130, and 129, Huirangi District, to the north-eastern corner of the last-mentioned section; thence westerly along the northern boundary of the said Section 129 to Richmond Road; thence southerly along Richmond Road to the northern boundary of Section 120, along the northern boundary of Section 120 to the eastern boundary of Section 112; thence along the eastern boundary of Section 112 and the eastern and northern boundaries of Section 111 to Wortley Road; thence along Wortley Road to the northern boundary of Section 98, and along the northern boundary of Section 98 to its north-western corner; thence along the western boundaries of Sections 98 and 99 to the northern boundary of Section 200, Huirangi District; thence along the northern boundaries of Sections 200 and 54 to Hursthouse Road; thence northerly along Hursthouse Road to the northern boundary of Section 53; thence along the northern and western boundaries of Section 53 aforesaid to the northern boundary of Section 49; thence by the northern boundary of Section 49 to King Road; thence southerly along King Road to the northern boundary of Section 42, Tarutangi District; thence westerly along the northern boundary of the said Section 42, the eastern and northern boundaries of Section 33, across Upland Road; the northern boundaries of Sections 28 and 46 to Egmont Road; thence across Egmont Road and along the eastern and northern boundaries to Section 47 to the Araheke Stream; thence along the Araheke Stream to the northern boundary of Section 48, Hua and Waiwakaiho Hundred; thence south-westerly along that northern boundary to the Waiwakaiho Stream; thence up that stream to its source; thence by a right line to the summit of Mount Egmont; thence by a right line from the summit of Mount Egmont aforesaid to the middle of the Puniho Road at the Forest Reserve boundary; thence along the middle of the Puniho Road to its junction with the Coast Road, across Coast Road, and along the northern boundary of Section 26, Block IV, Cape Survey District, to the sea; thence by the sea coast to the north-western corner of the Borough of Waitara, the place of commencement, excluding therefrom the Borough of New Plymouth hereinbefore described.

THIRD SCHEDULE.

BOUNDARIES OF THE WAITARA WEST RIDING OF THE COUNTY OF TARANAKI.

ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District bounded on the north-west by the sea from the Borough of New Plymouth, hereinbefore described, to the north-western corner of Section 136, Block I, Paritutu Survey District; thence on the east and south by the county boundary, hereinbefore described, to the Waiwakaiho River; thence by a line down the middle of that river to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Section 88, Fitzroy District; thence by the Borough of New Plymouth, hereinbefore described, to the sea, the place of commencement.
