The Christchurch Tramway Board, in pursuance and
exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the
Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, the Christchurch Tramway
District Act, 1920, and all other powers it enabling, hereby
further resolves by way of special order :—
That until further resolution of the Board the interest and
sinking fund on the said Development and Improvement Loan
of £20,000 be paid out of the Board’s general fund.
The above special order was made on the 5th day of April,
1941, and confirmed on the 10th day of May, 1941.

APPLICATION TO CHANGE THE INTAKE AND
COURSE OF WATER-RACE.

In the Warden’s Court, Alexandra.
NOTICE is hereby given that application has been made
to the Warden at Alexandra, by Honora Holden,
to change the intake and course of water-race held under
License No. 743 (Blacks), to commence in creek on unused
road north-east of the south-west corner of Section 11,
Block II, Tiger Hill S.D., running south-west and south
along the said road, thence through Section 88 and terminating
at Section 87.
And such application will be heard in the Warden’s Court
at Alexandra on Wednesday, 4th June, 1941, at 10 a.m.
Objections must be filed in the Registrar’s Office and
notified to the applicant at least three days before the time
so appointed.

for the purpose of passing a resolution for voluntary winding

the 19th day of May, 1941, at 4.30 o’clock in the afternoon.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore
subsisting between HERBERT STUART LATTA and
THOMAS WILLIAM ALLEN LATTA, carrying on business at
Romahapa and Waitepeka as Grocers and Bakers under
the name of “Latta Bros.,” has been dissolved by mutual
consent as from the 1st day of March, 1941. The business
will continue to be carried on by the said HERBERT STUART
LATTA, who will receive all moneys owing to the partnership
and will be responsible for payment of all debts owing by
the same.
