LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.
EVIDENCE of the loss or destruction of certificate of title, Vol. 85, folio 140 (Gisborne Registry), for Lot 3 on Deposited Plan No. 3062, being part of Te Karaka No. 1 Block, in favour of CHARLES ANGELO ARNABOLDI, of Te Karaka, Blacksmith, having been lodged with me, together with an application for a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title after fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
Dated at the Land Registry Office at Gisborne, this 8th day of May, 1941.

EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 291, folio 260 (Canterbury Registry), for Lots 1, 15, 19, and 20 on Deposited Plan 3232, parts of Rural Sections 1692 and 6897, situated in Block XII, Christchurch Survey District, whereof ELLEN MARIA KEELE HORNE, of Blenheim, Spinster, described in the said certificate of title as EMILY MARIA KEELE HORNE, of Christchurch, Spinster (now deceased), is the registered proprietor, together with an application for a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such new certificate of title after fourteen days from the 15th May, 1941.

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.
AT an extraordinary general meeting of the company held on 2nd May, 1941, the following was passed as a special resolution :-
“That E. Porter and Company, Limited be wound up voluntarily, and that JAMES BELL DONALD be appointed the liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the company and distributing the assets of the company.”
Resolved further—
“That the winding up be a members’ voluntary winding up, and that the directors now make a declaration of solvency as required by the Companies Act, 1933.”

NOTICE is hereby given that an ordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company will be held at the registered office of the company, Grey Buildings, Courthouse Lane, Auckland, on Friday, the 23rd day of May, 1941, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, when the liquidator’s account of the winding up showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of shall be laid before the members.
