A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of May, 1941.

Leasehold Estate or Interest in Land taken for Road in Block XIV, Awaroa Survey District, Raglan County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate or interest held from His Majesty the King by William Richard Dimmock, of Rangiriri, Farmer, under and by virtue of lease, Volume 192, folio 17, Auckland Registry, in the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby taken for road; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the nineteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.

Revoking Portion of a Proclamation taking Land for Road in Block IX, Paekakariki Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the twenty-eighth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 93 of the fifth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty, at page 2260, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 2976, taking land for road, as affects the area of 35 perches described in the Schedule thereto as being part Section 99, Pahautanui Agricultural Reserve, Block IX, Paekakariki Survey District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of May, 1941.

Revoking a Proclamation taking Land for Street in the City of Lower Hutt.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the twenty-fourth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 28 of the third day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, at page 802, taking land for street in the City of Lower Hutt.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of May, 1941.
