Notice under the Regulations Act, 1936.

NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of the Regulations Act, 1936, of the making of regulations and orders as under:—

Authority for Enactment.	Short Title or Subject-matter.	Serial Number.	Date of Enactment.	Price (Postage, 1d. Extra).
The Emergency Regulations Act, 1939	The National Service Emergency Regulations 1940, Amendment No. 4	1941/73	14/5/41	6d.

Copies can be purchased at the Government Printing and Stationery Office, Lambton Quay, Wellington. Prices for quantities supplied on application. Copies may be ordered by quoting serial number.

3¾ per Cent. New Zealand Government Stock and Bearer Debentures maturing on the 15th November, 1941, with Option of Redemption on or after the 15th November, 1938.

I, WALTER NASH, Minister of Finance, in exercise of the option reserved to the Minister of Finance in the prospectus dated the 1st day of July, 1933, hereby give notice to holders of the securities above mentioned that the said securities will be repaid at par on the 15th day of August, 1941, together with interest for the period 15th May to the 15th August, 1941. Interest on the securities will then cease.

Dated at Wellington, this 14th day of May, 1941.

3½ per Cent. and 4 per Cent. New Zealand Government Stock maturing on 15th March, 1943, with Option of Redemption on or after 15th March, 1940.

I, WALTER NASH, Minister of Finance, in exercise of the option reserved to the Minister of Finance by section 15 of the New Zealand Debt Conversion Act, 1932–33, and in the prospectus dated the 4th day of March, 1933, hereby give notice to holders of the securities above mentioned that the said securities will be repaid at par on the 15th day of September, 1941, together with interest for the half year ending on the 15th September, 1941. Interest on the securities will then cease.

Dated at Wellington, this 14th day of May, 1941.
