Exemption Order under the Transport Legislation Emergency Regulations 1940.
PURSUANT to the Transport Legislation Emergency Regulations 1940, the Minister of Transport doth hereby order and declare that the provisions of clause (1) of Regulation 7 of the Motor-drivers Regulations 1940, so far as they relate to drivers of omnibuses, shall not apply to Carry Hugh Robb, of Roxburgh.

Exemption Order under the Transport Legislation Emergency Regulations 1940.
PURSUANT to the Transport Legislation Emergency Regulations 1940, the Minister of Transport doth hereby order and declare that the provisions of clause (1) of Regulation 7 of the Motor-drivers Regulations 1940, so far as they relate to drivers of omnibuses, shall not apply to Frederick Ernest Proctor, of Balclour.

Exemption Order under the Transport Legislation Emergency Regulations 1940.
PURSUANT to the Transport Legislation Emergency Regulations 1940, the Minister of Transport doth hereby order and declare that the provisions of clause (1) of Regulation 7 of the Motor-drivers Regulations 1940, so far as they relate to drivers of heavy trade-motors, shall not apply to Arnold Voice, of Browns, Southland.

Approval of a Testing Officer under the Motor-drivers Regulations 1940.
IN terms of Regulation 5 of the Motor-drivers Regulations 1940, the Minister of Transport does hereby approve, until further notice, of the person named in Column 2 of the Schedule hereunder being a Testing Officer under the said regulations for the Authority specified in Column 1 of the said Schedule.

Notice of Intention to take Land for a Quarry and to take an Easement over Land for the Purposes of a Right-of-way in Block XII, Hukerenui Survey District.
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, to take the land described in the First Schedule hereto for a quarry; and to take an easement over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting in His Majesty the King full and free liberty, right, license, and authority in perpetuity to construct and use a right-of-way, with the right for His Majesty’s servants, agents, and workmen from time to time and at all times hereafter to go, pass, and repass with or without horses or other animals or vehicles over the said land, and to maintain, repair, and keep open the right-of-way for the purpose of providing access to the land described in the First Schedule hereto, such right-of-way to be appurtenant to the land described in the said First Schedule: And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land which is required to be taken, as aforesaid, is deposited in the post-office at Whakapara and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the land described in the First Schedule or by the taking of the said easement should, if they have any well-grounded objection to the taking of such land or to the taking of such easement, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land required to be taken: 4 acres 1 rood 29·2 perches.
Being parts Puhipuhi 5b 5 and 5b 6 Blocks; edged red.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land over which an easement is required to be taken: 1 acre.
Being part Puhipuhi 5b 6 Block; coloured red.
All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 110908, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
