I, WILLIAM EDWIN SHAW, Returning Officer for the election of a member of the Land Board of the Land District of Otago, in accordance with the provisions of section 47 of the Land Act, 1924, and the regulations thereunder, do hereby declare the result of the poll taken on the 18th day of April, 1941, to be as follows :-
