A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portion of street in the City of Wellington described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of street closed: 0·38 perches. Adjoining or passing through Lot 38, D.P. 2707, being part Section 32, Karori District.

Situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District (City of Wellington). (S.O. 20526.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 109857, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of April, 1941.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre 10 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Lot 2, D.P. 2975, being part Taoroa 2A Block and Section 5.

Situated in Block VI, Mata Survey District (Gisborne R.D.). (S.O. 1526, brown.)

In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 98185, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of April, 1941.
