A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a quarry; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-first day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water power; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-first day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and section thirty-two of the Statutes Amendment Act, 1936, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes subject to an easement reserving to the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Lower Hutt full drainage rights over portion of the said land as shown on Deposited Plan 8229, Wellington Registry; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-first day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for defence purposes subject to the leasehold estate or interest created therein by a memorandum of lease to George John Ward, of Te Maunga, Farmer, for a term of twenty-one years from the tenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, and registered in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as No. 14554; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-first day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.
