Land proclaimed as Road, and Road closed, in Blocks VIII and XII, Hukerenui Survey District, Whangarei County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 1 perch.

Being part Section 264, Town of Mangonui.

Situated in Block V, Mangonui Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 31055.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 110199, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of March, 1941.

Alteration of Boundaries, Christchurch Drainage District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by section two of the Christchurch District Drainage Amendment Act, 1920, and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the area described in the Schedule hereto shall be added to and form part of the Christchurch Drainage District; and, with the like powers and authorities, do hereby also declare that the said area shall be added to the Rural Heathcote Subdistrict of the said district.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District containing by admeasurement 30 perches, more or less, and being Lot 1, plan number 6102, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Christchurch, and being part Rural Section 54, situated in Block XV, Christchurch Survey District, being the whole of the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Vol. 338, folio 204, Canterbury Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of March, 1941.
