Land taken for Road in Block IV, Whangaparaoa Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventh day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.

In the Gisborne Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 108219, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of March, 1941.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Lower Hutt as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventh day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water power; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventh day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 acres 1 rood 26·6 perches.

Being part Section 63, Pahautanui District.

Situated in Block IX, Paekakariki Survey District (Wellington R.D.). (S.O. 20679.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 110498, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for plant-research purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventh day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.
