STATE FOREST SERVICE NOTICE.
Land in the North Auckland Land District acquired for a State Forest.

Wellington, 10th March, 1941.
NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired under the Forests Act, 1921–22, as a State forest.
SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—AUCKLAND FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Hokianga County, containing 10 acres 0 roods 12 perches, more or less, and being parts of Taikarawa C No. 1 and D Blocks, and part of Section 2, Block I, Hokianga Survey District.
As the same is delineated on plan 7/29, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered green. (Certificate of Title, Vol. 738, folio 49.)
