Excluding Land from the Ngahape Development Scheme.
PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby varies the notice dated the 30th day of May, 1938, and published in the Gazette No. 39 of the 2nd day of June, 1938, at page 1306, declaring the Rangitoto A 1A and A 1B 2 Section 7 Block, to be subject to Part I of the said Act by excluding therefrom the Native land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
All that area of Native land containing 12 acres 2 roods, more or less, in the Waikato-Maniapoto Native Land Court District, situate in Block XIV, Puniu Survey District, and Block II, Mangaorongo Survey District, and known as part of the Rangitoto A 1A and A 1B 2 Section 7 Block, being part of the land in Certificate of Title, Vol. 634, folio 168 (Auckland Registry).

Excluding Land from the Kaipara Development Scheme.
PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby varies the notice dated the 9th day of June, 1930, and published in the Gazette No. 45 of the 19th day of the same month, at page 1983, declaring the Aoroa 4D and other blocks to be subject to subsection (3) of section 23 of the Native Land Amendment and Native Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1929 (now Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936), by excluding therefrom the land described in the Schedule hereto.
