Additional Land at Te Kinga taken for the Purposes of the Springfield-Brunnerton Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Springfield-Brunnerton Railway to take further land at Te Kinga in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections thirty-four and two hundred and sixteen of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 5 acres 2 roods 10 perches.
Part Subdivision 2, D.P. 359, of Section 856.
Situated in Block V, Te Kinga Survey District, Grey County. (S.O. 4208.)
In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 6217, deposited at the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of December, 1940.

Land taken for Road in Block XVI, Newcastle Survey District, Waipa County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twentieth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 109921, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of January, 1941.
