Amending a Proclamation proclaiming Land as Street in the City of Lower Hutt.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Land Act, 1924, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Sir Michael Myers, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby amend the Proclamation dated the twentieth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 2 of the sixteenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, at page 44, proclaiming land as street in the City of Lower Hutt by revoking the Schedule to the said Proclamation and substituting in lieu thereof the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street: 2 roods 7·8 perches.
Being parts Sections 28 and 29, Hall-Jones Settlement, Block XIV, Belmont Survey District (City of Lower Hutt). (S.O. 20624.)
