Additional Land at Taupiri, taken for the Purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway, and for Road-diversion in connection therewith.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway to take further land at Taupiri in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway; and to take land for road-diversion in connection therewith:
Now, therefore, I, Sir Michael Myers, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections thirty-four and two hundred and sixteen of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 6430, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of February, 1941.

WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Hurunui-Waikati Railway to take further land at Belfast in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, Sir Michael Myers, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections thirty-four and two hundred and sixteen of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land : 2 roods 17·2 perches. Part Lot 57, D.P. 644, of R.S. 373.
Situated in Block III, Christchurch Survey District, Waimairi County. (S.O. 123v.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked W.R. 20261, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of February, 1941.

Now, therefore, I, Sir Michael Myers, Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections thirty-four and two hundred and sixteen of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land : 1 rood 4 perches. Part Lot 4, D.P. 16862, being part Allotment 64, Titirangi Parish.
Situated in Block III, Titirangi Survey District, City of Auckland. (S.O. 31545.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 6408, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of February, 1941.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act., 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Sir Michael Myers, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fourth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.
