CHANGE OF SURNAME.
I, AUDREY ISABEL WHETSTONE, of Katikati,
commonly known by that name, but actually AUDREY
ISABEL YOUNG, hereby give notice that by deed-poll registered
on the 20th day of December, 1940, in the Supreme Court
at Auckland, I renounced and abandoned the surname of
YOUNG and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of
WHETSTONE.

CHANGE OF NAME OF COMPANY.
NOTICE is hereby given that Health Foods (Auckland),
Limited, has changed its name to Duffy’s Milk Bars,
Limited, and that the new name was this day entered on my
Register of Companies in place of the former name.

NOTICE is hereby given that a general meeting of the
Bruce Carrying Company, Limited, will be held at
the offices of Messrs. Reid, Rutherford, and Sumpter, Union
Street, Milton, on Thursday, the 6th day of March, 1941,
at 2.30 p.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before
it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the
property of the company disposed of.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the
matter of E. J. HYAMS AND SON, LIMITED.
NOTICE is hereby given that an order of the Supreme
Court of New Zealand dated the 31st day of January,
1941, confirming the reduction of the capital of the above-
named company from £16,000 to £4,800, and the minute
approved by the Court showing with respect to the capital
of the company as altered the several particulars required
by the above-mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar
of Companies on the 10th day of February, 1941. The said
minute is in the words and figures following:—
“The capital of the company henceforth is £4,800, divided
into 16,000 shares of six shillings (6s.) each, all deemed to
be fully paid up, instead of the original capital of 16,000
shares of £1 each.”

Advertisements are charged at the rate of 6d. per line

subsequent insertions.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the
paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible
hand.
The number of insertions required must be written across
the face of the advertisement.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening
of each week, and notices for insertion must be received by
the Government Printer before 12 o’clock of the day preceding
