IT is hereby notified that His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government has, in pursuance of the provisions
of the Fisheries Act, 1908, and of the Official Appointments
and Documents Act, 1919, appointed

James Henry Burgess, of Staveley,

to be an officer for the purposes of Part II of the first-
mentioned Act in respect of the Ashburton Acclimatization
District.

Probationary Temporary Surgeon Lieutenant B. W. Nixon,
M.B., B.Ch., Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve (New Zealand),
to H.M.S. "Achilles," vice Helmore, to date
3rd February, 1941.

to be Trustees of the Havelock Commonage in place of
Frederick Ellis, deceased, Alfred Bowden Rowe, and Andrew
Wightman (senior), who have resigned.
