CORRIGENDUM.

IN the Gazette of the 20th June, 1940, No. 64, page 1554, under the heading of “Decisions of the Bureau of Industry under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936,” and subheading “Manufacture of Rubber Tires and Tubes,” notice was given that an application from Reid New Zealand Rubber Mills, Ltd., Auckland, to engage in the industry of the manufacture of rubber tires and tubes for all types of vehicles had been deferred for the duration of the war on the 3rd June, 1940.
This application should read : “To engage in the industry of the manufacture of rubber tires and tubes for all types of vehicles, other than cycle tires and tubes.”

Altering the Boundaries of the Wairarapa Electric-power District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by section three of the Electric-power Boards Act, 1925, and of all other powers and authorities in anywise enabling me in that behalf, I, Sir Michael Myers, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby alter the boundaries of the Wairarapa Electric-power District so as to include the area described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, being portion of the County of Masterton bounded as follows : Commencing at a point on the northern boundary of Section 50, Block V, Kopuaranga Survey District, being the intersection of the southern boundary of Mauriceville County with the northern boundary of portion of the Wairarapa Electric-power District, as described in New Zealand Gazette No. 10 of the 10th February, 1938 ; towards the east and south-east generally by portion of Wairarapa Electric-power District aforesaid to the eastern bank of Ruamahanga River at the north-western corner of Section 20, Block IX, Kopuaranga Survey District ; thence towards the west generally by the eastern bank of Ruamahanga River to and by the south-eastern boundary of Section 71, Block VIII, Mikimiki Survey District, to the southern boundary of the County of Mauriceville ; thence towards the north generally by the County of Mauriceville to the point of commencement.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 110022, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of February, 1941.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Sir Michael Myers, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water power ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventeenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 1 rood 39 perches.
Being part Section 203, Motueka District.
Situated in Block III, Motueka Survey District (Nelson R.D.). (S.O. 9203.)
In the Nelson Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 109891, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of February, 1941.
