APPENDIX III.—SUBSTANTIVE RATES OF PAY: NAVAL RATINGS AND ROYAL MARINES.

SUBJECT to the provisions of Article 130 of these regulations and Navy Order 221 the following shall be the daily rates of pay of Air Artificers, Air Fitters, and Air Mechanics in the Royal New Zealand Navy, with effect from 1st April, 1941:—

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by section twenty-five of the Naval Defence Act, 1913, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General, with the advice of the Executive Council, doth hereby amend and supplement the regulations referred to in the Schedule hereto as shown therein.

APPENDIX IV.—NON-SUBSTANTIVE RATES AND ALLOWANCES.

PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the three-hundred-and-first section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that the persons whose names are set out in the Schedule hereto, being officers in the service of the Crown holding the offices stated opposite their names respectively in the said Schedule, are authorized to take and receive statutory declarations under the three-hundred-and-first section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1927.
