IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

Joseph Huia Palmerston Liggins,
Thomas Melville Iredale Ryder,
Norman John Whyte, and
John Russell Whyte

to be the Tokomaru Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the sixteenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Tokomaru Hall as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.—TOKOMARU DOMAIN.

ALL that area containing 6 acres 2 roods 10 perches, more or less, situated in Block V, Arawaru Survey District, being part of Manawatu-Kukutauaki 2A No. 11, and being also Suburban Section 160, Township of Tokomaru, as defined on deposited plan No. 367, Wellington, Registry.

The Kaiapoi Borough Council

to be the Kairaki Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Tuesday, the thirteenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two, at half past seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Borough Council Chambers, Kaiapoi, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

KAIRAKI DOMAIN.—CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.

RESERVE 4059, Blocks XII and XVI, Rangiora Survey District: Area, 182 acres 3 roods 33 perches, more or less.
Also part Reserve 4060, Block XVI, Rangiora Survey District: Area, 67 acres 3 roods 10 perches, more or less.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 22/75/11A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT—SOUTH MALVERN DOMAIN.

ALL that area containing by admeasurement 22 acres 3 roods, more or less, being part Reserve 1388, Block VII, Hororata Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by Section No. 328x; towards the east by Section No. 12371, 940 links; towards the south by the Selwyn River; and towards the west by the road forming the eastern boundary of Section No. 35327, 2100 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 38516, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Recreation Reserve in Taranaki Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Taranaki Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Ngamotu Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Ngamotu Domain Board.

SCHEDULE.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.

ALL that area containing by admeasurement 32·36 perches, more or less, being part Section 109, Block IV, Paritutu Survey District, Borough of New Plymouth. As the same is more particularly delineated on a plan marked L. and S. 1/693A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (S.O. plan 7948.)
