Land taken for Defence Purposes (Harewood Aerodrome) in Block V, Christchurch Survey District.
[L.S.] C. L. N. NEWALL, Governor-General. A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for defence purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-ninth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 11 acres 2 roods 6 perches. Being Rural Sections 3014 and 12537. Situated in Block V, Christchurch Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 7431.) In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 112941, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of December, 1941.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-ninth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.

Being 0 1 20·8 Part Te Awaiti 1H 2B 1 Block; coloured blue. 3 0 23·7 Part Te Awaiti 1H 2B 2B Block; coloured sepia. 1 0 21·8 Part Te Awaiti 1H 2A 3 Block; coloured yellow. Situated in Block IV, Waitoa Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 31178.) In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111400, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Leasehold Estates or Interests in Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block VIII, Rangaunu Survey District, Mangonui County.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate or interest in the land first described in the Schedule hereto, held from His Majesty the King by Loui Jurlina under and by virtue of Renewable Lease, Volume 255, folio 4, Auckland Registry, and that the leasehold estate or interest in the land secondly and thirdly described, held from His Majesty the King by Loui Bakalich under and by virtue of Occupation License, Volume 701, folio 244, Auckland Registry, are hereby taken for the purposes of a road ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-third day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 107045, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of December, 1941.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate or interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto held from His Majesty the King by Harry Charles Warren under and by virtue of Renewable Lease 160, Volume 39, folio 78, Marlborough Registry, for a term of sixty-six years from the first day of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine, is hereby taken for the purposes of linen-flax development (Seddon Factory); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-ninth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.
SCHEDULE.

In the Marlborough Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111895, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of December, 1941.
