A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by section one of the War Damage Act, 1941, it is enacted that that Act shall come into force on a date to be appointed for the commencement thereof by Proclamation:

Now, therefore, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and appoint that the War Damage Act, 1941, shall come into force on the nineteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of December, 1941.
