Land taken for the Development of Water Power (Central Park Substation) in the City of Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water power (Central Park Substation); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-second day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 roods 20-55 perches.

Being part Town Belt adjoining Town of Wellington.

Situated in Block X, Port Nicholson Survey District (City of Wellington). (S.O. 20623.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111069, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of December, 1941.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a Public Works Store and Depot; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-second day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 acres 1 rood 21-2 perches.

Being Lot 1, D.P. 7166, being part Rural Section 145.

Situated in Block X, Christchurch Survey District (Canterbury R.D.).

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 112947, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of December, 1941.

Being Lot 10, D.P. 7981, being part Taranaki No. 10 No. 1 Block.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 111453, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
