PURSUANT to section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act and to be included in the Maniapoto Development Scheme.

ALL that area of land in the Waikato-Maniapoto Native Land Court District containing 34 acres 2 roods 32 perches, more or less, situate in Block VII, Otanake Survey District, and called or known as Pukenui 1b 1a.

Notice to Persons affected by an Application for a License under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936.

Manufacture for Sale of Macaroni.

AN application has been received from M. Burrowes (Mrs.), 70 Hill Street, Wellington, for a license to manufacture macaroni.

Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau of Industry on this application, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish them in writing not later than the 27th December, 1941.

Department of Lands and Survey, Wellington, 8th December, 1941.

NOTICE is hereby given that the license of the undermentioned land having been declared forfeit by resolution of the Otago Land Board, the said land has hereby reverted to the Crown under the provisions of the Land Act, 1924, and the Land for Settlements Act, 1925.
