Price Order No. 63.

IN pursuance of the powers conferred upon the Price Tribunal by the Control of Prices Emergency Regulations 1939, and with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, the Price Tribunal hereby makes the following Price Order:—

This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 63.
The maximum price at which the knitted wear manufactured by Stirling Henry (New Zealand), Limited, of Auckland, and more particularly described in the Schedule hereto by number, size, kind, colour, trade designation, or trade abbreviation may be sold by way of retail at any place in New Zealand, whether the sale be for cash or on credit terms, shall be not more than the respective price set out in the said Schedule for such number, size, kind, colour, trade designation, or trade abbreviation.
