Land set apart as an Addition to a Water-supply Reserve.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by subsection nine of section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date hereof the land comprised in the piece of closed road described in the First Schedule hereto, being land which is adjacent to the Water-supply Reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to be added to the said Water-supply Reserve.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT.
Section 510, Block X, Forest Hill Hundred: Area, 23 acres 1 rood 11 perches, more or less.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT.
All that area containing by admeasurement, 3,551 acres 3 roods 9 perches, more or less, being Sections 133 and 134, Block X, Section 137, Block XI, and part Blocks X, XI, and XVII, Forest Hill Hundred, and part Blocks I and IV, Waimumu Hundred. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked L and S. 6/1/3983, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of December, 1941.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by subsection nine of section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date hereof the land comprised in the piece of closed road and land taken described in the First Schedule hereto, being an area adjacent to the reserve for plantation purposes described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be deemed to be added to the said reserve.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.
All that area containing by admeasurement 19 acres, more or less, being Reserve 4443 (formerly closed road and part Rural Section 36863), Block XV, Pukaki West Survey District, and Block III, Strachey Survey District.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.
All that area containing by admeasurement 1,856 acres 1 rood 28-3 perches, more or less, being part Reserve 4038, Blocks III and IV, Strachey Survey District, and Block XV, Pukaki West Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the west by Fairlie-Queenstown Road, 4307-2 links; towards the north, again towards the west, and towards the south by part Run 87, 250-0 links, 400-0 links, and 250-0 links respectively; again towards the west and towards the north-west by the said Fairlie-Queenstown Road, 2195-9 links, 3028-9 links, 965-4 links, 498-4 links, 1113-6 links, and 694-9 links; towards the north generally by Reserve 4443 and the said Fairlie-Queenstown Road, 389-6 links, 348-1 links, 294-4 links, 344-1 links, 700-9 links, 319-1 links, 378-9 links, 388-8 links, 246-7 links, 556-3 links, 378-3 links, 403-7 links, 56-25 links, 235-25 links, and 191-6 links; towards the north-east by part Reserve 3702, 3759-5 links; again towards the north-west by the said part Reserve 3702 and by part Reserve 183, 1996-3 links and 931-0 links respectively; towards the east generally by a road reserve along the Pukaki River, and again towards the south by Rural Section 36864, 18169-5 links. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 5350c, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Revocation of the Reservation of Portion of a Permanent State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Forests Act, 1921-22, and pursuant to a resolution in that behalf passed by both Houses of Parliament—that is to say, by the Legislative Council on the ninth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, and by the House of Representatives on the eighth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one—I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke (so far only as it relates to the land described in the Schedule hereto) the Proclamation of the twenty-eighth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, published in the Gazette on the fourth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, at page 3113, whereby the said land (with certain other land) was set apart as a permanent State forest, and declare that the reservation thereby effected is (so far only as aforesaid) revoked accordingly.
SCHEDULE.
HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT.—WELLINGTON CONSERVANCY.
All that area containing by admeasurement 176 acres 1 rood 17 perches, more or less, being Section 102, Block XIV, Pohui Survey District, and being formerly part of Section 98, Block XIV, Pohui Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 64/9, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Hawke’s Bay Survey Office plan No. 1950.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of December, 1941.

Authorizing Herman S. Denize, of Coromandel, to erect certain Electric Lines in the Township of Coromandel.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 10th day of December, 1941.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby authorize Herman S. Denize, of Coromandel (hereinafter referred to as “the licensee”), to lay, construct, put up, place, and use the electric lines described in the Schedule hereto on the following conditions.
CONDITIONS.
- PURPOSE OF LINES.
The said lines may be used for lighting, power, and heating purposes.
- LICENSE TO BE SUBJECT TO REGULATIONS.
The licensee hereby conferred is subject to compliance by the licensee with the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1935, the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935, and with all regulations made or to be made in amplification or amendment thereof or in substitution therefor.
The conditions directed to be implied in all licenses by the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935 shall be incorporated herein and shall form part of this license except in so far as the same may be inconsistent with the provisions hereof.
- SYSTEM OF SUPPLY.
The system of supply shall be direct current, and is classified as coming under paragraph (j) of clause 21-01 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935. Electrical energy shall be transmitted at a pressure of 32 volts between terminals.
- CHARGES ON SALE.
The licensee shall not, in respect of electrical energy distributed under the authority of the license, make a charge exceeding 10s. per week or, alternatively, 1s. per unit as measured by watt-hour meter to be installed by the licensee.
